Leonteq: Scrum Master, supporting introduction of ways of working, some teams from Scrum to Kanban, big focus on the softer side of psychological safety / conflict management / mindset. Became evident that there is not real mandate for agility so focus shift to generic improvements, much of which used techniques from my agile tool kit (agile is never the goal in itself)
